1 - Warranty & Returns Policy
We accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed below, within 30 days, we will credit your account for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective on Arrival. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective on arrival and the item and its packaging are still in a sell-able state. Defective items may not be returned after 12 months from purchase date from Agent Group (Pty) Ltd.
If an item is returned as faulty but has been used, the cause of the problem will be determined by us or the supplier, and if the fault is as a result of a defect in the product we/they will repair the item free of charge. However if incorrect, excessive or negligent use is determined or the item is not is an good condition the charge for the cost of repairing the item and its related freight will be due by the purchaser. The Repair Warrantee is valid for 12 Months from purchase date from the Agent Group (Pty) Ltd.
To return an item by freight:
To return an item, please use our Contact Form or contact our Sales Operators by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be provided with a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order. This Returns Number is a requirement for all returned orders – without it we cannot provide a refund! Enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address at the bottom of this page. Please be sure to include your original invoice along with the returned item, failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal to replace the item purchased.Back to Top
